Lee Memorial Health System is pleased to announce that Roger Chen has joined its Organizational Transformation department as Vice President.Roger earned a B.S. in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1986, and an International MBA from Nova Southeastern University in 1999. He began his career as a field engineer for GE Healthcare in Miami, FL and is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
