Leon Medical Centers Appoints Rafael Mas, M.D., as Chief Medical Director

Leon Medical Centers Inc. announced the appointment of Rafael Mas, M.D., as Chief Medical Director

In addition to his vast medical experience, Dr. Mas serves on a number of boards including American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, and Florida Medical Association.

Dr. Mas earned his doctorate degree from Intec University in Dominican Republic in 1990 and completed his residency at Hackensack Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ, where he had earlier been named Intern of the Year. In addition to his residency, Dr. Mas received postgraduate training as Chief Medical Resident at the hospital.
