The Levitetz Family Foundation and Jeff Levitetz, philanthropist and longtime supporter of Cleveland Clinic Florida, has made a $2 million gift for Cleveland Clinic Florida’s nationally ranked Orthopaedic Surgery Department. His gift is being recognized with the naming of The Levitetz Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, the highest ranked orthopedics program in Florida by U.S. News & World Report, in appreciation of his significant contribution to orthopaedic research and development, caregiver training and patient care initiatives.

As founder and president of The Levitetz Family Foundation, Levitetz makes charitable gifts to organizations that support children, families, veterans and scientific research, among other areas. In addition to innovations in orthopaedic surgery, his contributions to Cleveland Clinic Florida have also supported the Maroone Cancer Center.
