At the recent Customer Service Revolution Conference in Cleveland, Ohio, Jay Juffre of ImageFIRST was named Executive of the Year.    The conference is the largest and most respected of its kind in North America and each year recognizes one executive for excellence in overall customer service strategy.   ImageFIRST, is the nationwide and leading supplier of textile rental programs to the healthcare provider market.   The company is based in King of Prussia, PA, but Juffre lives and works in Southeast Florida. 
 
Their unique blend of combining customer service with customer experience continues to lead to record growth, amazing client retention rates, and a Net Promotor Score above 80% which places them among the world’s greatest service organizations.  Dave Murray of the DiJulius Group, which host the annual event, said of Jay, “I don’t think we have ever had a more deserving award winner. The amount of positive change (he has) brought to ImageFIRST is absolutely incredible!” ImageFIRST does not measure itself against its completion. It looks to industry leaders in customer experience, like Starbucks, Ritz Carlton, Apple and Tesla for motivation.  Said Juffre, “We are constantly raising the bar for our team.  How remarkable can we make the service we provide?  How can we improve the customer experience?  It is an ongoing challenge.”  Juffre accepted the award on behalf of ImageFIRST.  “I am humbled and inspired by this recognition.  It represents years of dedication by our entire company to execute our service Strategy.”
