Now in its sixth year, the event will feature a keynote presentation from The Advisory Board Company on the care transformation business model followed by three panel discussions. Panel topics will include:

• ACOs and population health
Panels will be moderated by Broad and Cassel Managing Partner and nationally renowned health law attorney Gabriel Imperato, Partner Mike Segal and Senior Counsel Heather Miller.
