Since 1996, Management Resources College (“MRC”) has focused on educating and transitioning foreign professionals to become professionals in the State of Florida and nationwide. MRC’s Mission is "to educate and develop individuals to achieve their career potential." The MRC vision is to be the private institution of choice for individuals seeking excellence in higher education.

MRC is proud to announce its newest achievement: Accreditation by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). The MRC Executive Team, led by CEO/ President Ophelia Sanchez, unilaterally decided to pursue ACICS Accreditation to offer higher degree programs (Bachelors; Masters; Doctorate Degrees) to meet the needs of its graduates.

MRC currently offers Associate Degrees in the fields of Nursing, Accounting, Health Information Management and Health Informatics, as well as diploma programs in Florida Teacher Certification and English for Professionals of Other Countries, but plans to offer higher degree programs in the near future at both of its campuses. The main campus is conveniently located in the heart of Miami near the Miami International Airport with a second campus located in Miami Lakes near Main Street, just off the 826 (Palmetto) Expressway.

MRC maintains small class sizes, which in turn affords their faculty and staff the most possible one-on-one time with students. MRC also offers flexible class schedules (day and evening courses available) which allows their students to keep their jobs while pursuing education. A recent survey of last semesters students shows that 98% of the current MRC student body would recommend MRC to a family member or friend.

MRC is approved by the United States Department of Education (DOE) to administer Federal Financial Aid for those who qualify.

For nearly two decades, MRC has served its students with a high quality and personalized level of education, with more than 800 students enrolling each year at the two campuses. MRC’s niche is to develop solutions to our community needs. For example, when the nursing shortage began, recognizing the abundance of foreign physicians in our community, MRC opened its School of Nursing with accelerated tracks for foreign physicians (MD to RN).

So, keep an eye on MRC in 2015 to see what the new developments will be!
