Four Memorial Healthcare System hospitals have received Guardian of Excellence Awards™ from Press Ganey Associates, Inc.
The Guardian of Excellence awards recognize top-performing healthcare providers that have consistently reached the 95th percentile – meaning that they score higher than 95 percent of other organizations – for patient satisfaction, employee and physician engagement, or clinical quality performance.
Press Ganey honored the following Memorial hospitals:
Memorial Regional Hospital – Guardian of Excellence Award in Patient Satisfaction for Inpatient Behavioral Health
Memorial Regional Hospital South – Guardian of Excellence Award in Patient Satisfaction for Outpatient Services
