Memorial Hospital Miramar Appoints New Chief of Emergency Medicine

Memorial Hospital Miramar has appointed Ruddy A. Valdes, D.O., as the new Chief of Emergency Medicine.

A native of Cuba, Dr. Valdes is board certified in Emergency Medicine and also Internal Medicine by the National Board of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Valdes graduated from Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, and he completed an internship at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center in Binghamton, NY. He also completed a residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, NY.
