Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Foundation recently announced it has received a $120,000 grant from the Health Foundation of South Florida to support the Medical Campus’ Dental Hygiene Program. The grant money will help to equip an entire clinical suite with new, state-of-the-art dental chairs, complete with networking capabilities for electronic medical records, chair-side data entry capabilities and a monitor for patients to view images and receive dental care education.
