Milly Selgas, R.N., has been promoted to assistant vice president of Performance Improvement and Quality for South Miami Hospital.Selgas began her career as a neonatal intensive care nurse at South Miami Hospital in 1993. Her most recent role was director of Magnet, Evidence Based Practice and National Quality Indicators.
Selgas received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Miami, and a master’s degree in nursing and healthcare management, as well as business administration from the University of Phoenix.
