Mindy Raymond Named Vice President of Human Resources for Boca Raton Community Hospital

Boca Raton Community Hospital (BRCH) recently announced that Mindy Raymond has been named Vice President of Human Resources.

Previously, Raymond was Executive Director of Organizational Development for BRCH. She has been a BRCH employee for more than 30 years, including roles in patient relations, administration and human resources.

Raymond earned her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University and Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology and Mathematics from Florida Southern College. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Society for Training and Development.
