Restaurant marks occasion with a giveback day benefitting Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation

December 6, 2021 —Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen, the boldest brand in fast-casual dining, is opening its 21st location on Thursday, December 16 at 11 a.m. at 3255 Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood Hills. In celebration of the opening, Bolay is gifting the first 100 guests in line on Thursday, Dec. 16 with $50 worth of Bolay.

Throughout grand opening weekend, Bolay Hollywood is honored to serve a complimentary fresh Regular Bol to local teachers on Friday, Dec. 17 and to college students on Saturday, Dec. 18 when they dine-in and show valid ID.

Continuing the festivities on Sunday, Dec. 19, kids will eat free all day long with the purchase of a Regular Bol valued at $8.99 or greater, along with hosting a giveback day where they willdonate 20% of the day’s sales to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation who provides philanthropic support to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. The hospital helps ensure the ongoing availability of safe, quality, cost-effective, patient- and family-centered care, regardless of one’s ability to pay, with the goal of improving the health of the community it serves.

Bolay takes fast-casual dining and elevates it into an experience that combines fresh food, bold flavors, and exceptional customer service. Guests at Bolay build their own customized ‘bol’ from a nutrient-rich menu of flavorful ingredients starting with a base of Jasmine or Forbidden Black Rice or leafy greens. From there, add seasonal veggies like Ginger Broccoli or Tuscan Zucchini; pile on proteins including Lemon Chicken, Spicy Thai Shrimp or Miso-Glazed Tofu. For extra flavor, toss in an add-on of cilantro, Parmesan cheese or avocado, and finish with Spicy Thai, Creamy Garlic and Herb, Sriracha or Cilantro Pesto Sauce.

With 30 years of restaurant industry experience, Hollywood Hills’ Operating Partner, Ken Grossman, looks forward to bringing Bolay’s restaurant fundamentals and practices of ‘going beyond the bol and providing the food everyone needs for good health and great living’ across Hollywood.

“There’s truly nothing like us in Hollywood, so we’re excited to introduce our future guests to our fresh, bold and delicious options,” said Grossman. “ We’re also thankful to JDCHF for this budding partnership and allowing us to give back to the community we will serve on a daily basis.”

The Hollywood Hills Bolay will be open from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Sundays. Quick contactless curbside pickup, delivery and easy online ordering provides a simple way for guests to enjoy Bolay with ease. The 2,391 sq. ft. restaurant will seat 40 guests inside and up to 16 on their outdoor covered patio.

On a mission to build a rockstar team and fuel Florida, Bolay is also accepting applications for all positions. Visit bolay.com/hollywood-hills or call 754-348-3110 to apply today.
