 Margaret Doerr, RN, BSN, CLNC, CFNS, has joined LKMC as the hospitals new Medical Surgical Unit Manager. Doerr was an Emergency Department Manager in Arizona for the last year. Prior to that Doerr was an Administrative Nursing Supervisor for 6 1/2 years in Florida. |
 Leah M. Joiner, RN, CCRN, has been promoted from an ICU Staff Nurse position at LKMC to Director of Critical Care. Joiner has been a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) since 2005 and in 2009 she became the founding member and President of the Conch Republic Chapter of AACN. Before moving to Key West in 2007, she was employed at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. |
 Shelia R. Duncan, RN, BS, has joined LKMC as the hospitals new Emergency Services Manager. Duncan comes to LKMC after 30 years of employment at the University of Tennessee Medical Center (UTMC) Knoxville where she managed the Level One Emergency /Trauma Center at UTMC. |
 Catherine Ghiotto, OTR/L, has been promoted to Physical Therapy Department Manager. She previously served as the department’s registered occupational therapist. Prior to her moving to Key West, Ghiotto worked at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. |
