February 7, 2020 – North Shore Medical Center staff dressed in red to support the American Heart Association’s signature initiative, Go Red for Women, and in honor of February being American Heart Month. This initiative is a comprehensive platform designed to increase women’s heart healthy awareness. The American Heart Association launched National Wear Red Day in 2004 to raise funds for research.
