Djenane Spence Andre is pursuing an Executive Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Florida Atlantic University. She is continuing her education in the EMHA program to improve her leadership skills and healthcare management. She currently holds a bachelor’s in nursing, with a minor in Spanish.
With over fifteen years of experience, Andre has worked as a surgical trauma nurse, surgical charge nurse and sterile processing manager. Her expertise includes surgical instrument sterilization, inventory management, employee evaluation, recruitment, education organization, and payroll handling.
She knows that continuing her education is critical to staying updated with the constantly changing healthcare landscape, enabling her to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and organizational efficiency. Her goal is to become a senior leader in nursing, specializing in healthcare administration.
Djenane aims to improve healthcare delivery, focusing on quality improvement and patient safety. She mentors aspiring nurses and serves on the committee of the Palm Beach George Snow Scholarship.
