Rudy Molinet, is an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business, teaching leadership and strategic planning courses in FAU’s Executive Master of Health Administration and Executive & Professional Master of Business Administration programs.
A longtime health executive, Molinet brings over 40 years’ experience in senior healthcare management and executive experience in operations, marketing, sales, and board development in a variety of healthcare settings, including non-profit healthcare organizations, home health and inpatient and outpatient mental health.
Molinet earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from Hunter College. He completed his Master of Public Health in Administration at Columbia University, graduating with honors.
Molinet is board-certified in healthcare management as a fellow of The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He received the prestigious Regent’s Award from ACHE for his service and commitment to the South Florida chapter in 2021. He is the chair of the board of directors at Holy Cross Health, a 557-bed acute care hospital and integrated health system in Fort Lauderdale.
Prior to opening his consulting firm Artemis Synergies, Molinet served as executive vice president for Stadtlander’s/CVS ProCare, a national specialty pharmacy specializing in caring for people living with HIV and organ transplants. He has served on several non-profit boards as well.
Molinet’s impact on students is far reaching, mentoring those he has taught longer after they have left his class. His students leave his classroom understanding the value of making connections, networking, and personal branding.
