Sue Mosley, Manager of Employee Health at Jupiter Medical Center, is a beacon of leadership and was awarded “Leader of the Year” in 2024. She began her career at JMC in 1997, joined the occupational health team in 2002, and assumed managerial responsibilities in 2004.
Throughout her tenure, Sue has consistently embodied JMC’s values by constantly demonstrating integrity, collaboration across all levels of the organization, and treating everyone with respect. She always ensured her team provided comprehensive care for employees, from pre-hire screenings to ongoing health needs. Amidst challenges like the pandemic, Sue leads with courage, ensuring the safety of team members through tireless efforts to provide the team with COVID testing and flu vaccinations.
