With two decades of healthcare experience, Marlen Gonzalez, RN, specializes in delivering culturally sensitive clinical care to diverse populations. Her hospice expertise includes eight years as a hospice case manager before moving to VITAS as a hospice primary nurse in 2022. Marlen relies on her strong clinical judgment and empathy skills as she serves her Broward County patients and their families.
She is earning her BSN from Carleen Home Health School in Lauderhill, FL, and also holds a medical degree from the Medical Science Institute in Havana, Cuba. She is bilingual and earned certification in intravenous therapy.
