 Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center promotes Keri Taylor, RN, BSN, MBA to the position of Administrative Director of Quality. She will be responsible for implementing, enhancing and sustaining quality improvement programs, core measure metrics, quality awards and accreditations.

With over 30 years of healthcare experience, Taylor has worked at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center since 1985. She most recently served in the quality department as the Chest Pain/Stroke Coordinator, where she was responsible for leading, obtaining and maintaining Chest Pain Center Accreditation through the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care and Advanced Primary Stroke Center Certification through The Joint Commission. Among her many other duties, she worked closely with EMS and other organizations to provide health education to the community.
“Keri will thrive in her new position due to her vast experience in healthcare quality management and strong leadership and motivational skills,” said Jeffrey M. Welch, CEO of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. “We are confident that with her support, we will achieve even greater performance levels in the areas of quality, safety and patient satisfaction.”
Taylor earned her Executive Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Palm Beach State College. In addition to being a licensed RN, she is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support and is a BLS instructor. Taylor is proud to have been recognized as a Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center “Tenet Hero” in 2012.She was also previously nominated as Nurse of the Year.
