West Coast fusion that’s what will inspire Chef Jacques Van Staden of Celebrity Cruises when he embarks on a culinary journey through the vineyards of California during the fourth annual Pineapple Sauté and Sip Interactive Dinner, hosted by Baptist Health Breast Center. The fundraising dinner, to be held Friday, May 6, 6:30 p.m., at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, will benefit the staffing of Baptist Health Breast Center CareCoaches, who provide compassionate, ongoing support and individualized attention to breast cancer patients and their families during and after treatment.
