As President of Holy Cross Medical Group and a Holy Cross Health Senior Leadership Team member, Maggy Perez-Dickens, MBA, CMPE leads the multi-specialty physician employed group of more than 185 physicians and 85 APPs providing services throughout Broward County. She oversees all matters related to overall medical group performance, including operational, clinical and financial metrics, and enhances a culture that promotes the highest quality of care across all sites. She’s responsible for strategy development for ambulatory care. Perez-Dickens has proven experience and an outstanding reputation in clinical operations, practice management, financial performance, strategy, revenue cycle, IT solutions, contract negotiations and physician relations. Perez-Dickens earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami, specializing in finance and legal implications, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She is certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives and is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
