Emily DeJonge, MSN, RN, serves as Associate Chief Nursing Officer at West Boca Medical Center, bringing more than two decades of nursing experience and leadership to the role. Her entire career has been rooted within the Palm Beach Health Network, including over 10 years at West Boca Medical Center, where she has held a variety of clinical and administrative positions. Most recently, DeJonge simultaneously led the medical-surgical unit, served as orthopedic service line director, and coordinated the hospital’s nurse extern program. She has also served as patient safety officer and director of risk management, reinforcing her commitment to quality care and patient safety. DeJonge began her nursing career at Delray Medical Center in 2004 and joined WBMC in 2012. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, graduating magna cum laude.
