The Public Health Trust (PHT), which governs Jackson Health System, recently swore-in two new board members, as well as four incumbents. The reappointed members are John H. Copeland III, Ernesto de la Fé, Georgena D. Ford, R.N., and Marcos José Lapciuc. The new board members are Gladys Ayala, Esq., and Judy Rosenbaum, Ed.D.
Gladys L. Ayala, Esq., is managing partner at the law firm of Ayala Prempeh LLP.
Judy Rosenbaum, Ed.D., worked for the Agency for Health Care Administration Medicaid program.
John H. Copeland III, chairman of the PHT, is managing director of The Copeland Companies.
Ernesto de la Fé, immediate past chairman of the PHT, is the managing director and head of Latin America for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management.
Georgena D. Ford, R.N., secretary of the PHT board, is a registered nurse with more than 40 years of professional healthcare experience in the clinical and administrative side of the industry.
Marcos José Lapciuc, treasurer of the PHT board, is the founder of MLIP, LLC.
