Raquel Bulford-Frazier was recently elected to serve a two-year term on the Board of Directors for the Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF).
Bulford-Frazier joined the Department of Veterans Affairs in March, 2010 managing a shared service between the Miami and West Palm Beach VA Medical Centers. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a Master of Science Degree in Food and Nutrition. She also has an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. She has 14 years of successful experience in Food Service Management, Clinical Dietetics and Culinary Arts.
