Seniors and their families are invited to Roadmap for Aging: A Day to Point the Way, on Friday, September 16 – a free community program sponsored by the Broward Coalition on Aging. This unique annual event will take place at the Tamarac Recreation Center, 8601 Commercial Blvd., Tamarac, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Seniors, their families and caregivers will receive guidance and advice about community programs and resources at no charge, directly from representatives of a variety of local social service and government agencies, including Broward County Elderly and Veterans Services, Legal Aid, 211 Helpline and the Broward County Property Appraisers Office.
