Treasure Health has named Shannon Cooper, RN, MPH, CHPN, as Chief Operating Officer. The newly created position reflects the organization’s continued growth and commitment to strengthening operational excellence across its four-county service area.
Cooper began her distinguished healthcare career with Treasure Coast Hospice in 2011, steadily advancing through a range of leadership positions. In her most recent role as Vice President of Quality and Education, she strengthened Treasure Coast Hospice’s clinical training programs, developed an on-site simulation lab, and guided the organization to national recognition through the NHPCO’s Quality Connections Program and Joint Commission Accreditation.
