Parking and Transportation professionals in the healthcare sector will participate in four interactive sessions that focus on CARE:
- Customer Experience – Focus on the overall patient experience and employee customer experience
- Accessibility: convenient arrival experience via self-park/valet, accessibility of shuttle service, construction impact, and master planning
- Responsible Business: Sustainability, healthy environment, emission reduction, carpool/bike programs, Fiscal accountability, audit and revenue control systems
- Engagement: Employee appreciation, collaboration among front-line teams, teamwork activities
Hospital leaders will co-host the event; this event includes leaders and best practices from:
- UPMC, Pittsburgh
- U Maryland Baltimore Medical Center
- White Plains Hospital, NY
- Metro Methodist Hospital, TX
- Case Studies from Cleveland Clinic and Univ. Alabama Birmingham
This event is very INTERACTIVE; from case study work sessions, to flip chart idea boards, to panel discussions, and even team building competition. The goal is to learn from each other and to build meaningful business relationships in the healthcare field.
