William Norton, manager of decision support, Patient Financial Services at St. Marys Medical Center, has been promoted to Director of Patient Financial Services, announced Chief Executive Officer Davide M. Carbone.
Norton has more than 27 years of healthcare experience and he has been with St. Marys since 2005, during which time he assisted the past director of patient financial services in carrying out all support services and requests for the centralized business offices. Before joining St. Marys, he worked as a supervisor in Tenets regional business office and as assistant director of patient financial services at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.
