St. Mary’s Medical Center & Palm Beach Children’s Hospital announce the appointment of Keith Jennings to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to his appointment at St. Mary’s, Jennings served as Vice President of Human Resources at Mercy Hospital in Miami. During his time at the hospital, Jennings was responsible for employee relations, recruiting, compensation, onboarding, labor relations, and worker’s compensation for the 488-bed hospital.
In addition, Jennings worked in human resources at multiple hospitals and private businesses in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Jennings earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Phoenix in business management and business admiration.
