October 29 2021 – St. Mary’s Medical Center & Palm Beach Children’s Hospital announce the appointment of Keith Jennings to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. With nearly 20 years working in HR, Jennings will be responsible for overseeing the human resources department of the hospitals, along with labor relations, benefits, and will work closely with the executive team to lead new strategies for employee engagement and development.

Prior to his appointment at St. Mary’s, Jennings served as Vice President of Human Resources at Mercy Hospital in Miami. During his time at the hospital, Jennings was responsible for employee relations, recruiting, compensation, onboarding, labor relations, and worker’s compensation for the 488-bed hospital.

In addition, Jennings worked in human resources at multiple hospitals and private businesses in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Jennings earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Phoenix in business management and business admiration.
