Stephanie’s experience includes working in community relations for an all-memory care community and Director of Business Development for an independent/assisted living/ memory care provider for over 15 years. Through collaborating with healthcare professionals in all aspects of elder care Stephanie can walk families through the often-confusing world of locating the right placement for loved ones.
Stephanie’s own personal experience with having to find placement for her mom made her even more aware of how hard it is to make these types of decisions. Stephanie believes that every senior and their family’s needs an advocate to receive the best care and to make sound decisions.
Stephanie has been featured in several publications in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area such as Riverwalk Magazine and other on-line publications. She was invited to be a panelist for Career Source of Broward County discussing the on-going healthcare shortage. In 2019, Stephanie was asked to provide the commencement address to over 500 students, faculty, staff and parents for Sheridan McFadden Technical College and High School in Broward County. In her previous role she was the webinar host for several live virtual nationwide webinars to a large growing consumer audience on all topics related to the aging population. In 2021 she was a podcast featured guest on season 2 of Boomer Living, Senior Living Broadcast with Hahn Brown on the topic of Debunk the Myth of Senior Living. Just recently she was awarded the Mountain Mover Award for the Greater Fort Lauderdale chamber of Commerce Perspectives on Florida’s Healthcare Conference.
