Palm Healthcare Foundation is pleased to announce the promotions of Jan L. Rodusky and Amy Dean to the vice president level. Moving from director positions, Rodusky was named vice president of grant programs, and Dean is now the vice president of policy and workforce programs.
Rodusky spent ten years securing grants and gifts for health-focused organizations as a professional fund raiser in northeast Ohio and West Palm Beach, Florida. She serves on several boards and committees, including the Healthcare Emergency Response Coalition, the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Leadership of Palm Beach County, Donors Forum of South Florida and St. Ann Catholic School.
Dean is responsible for oversight and facilitation of the foundations nursing workforce initiatives, including the programs of the Healthcare Workforce Partnership community collaboration, as well as health policy and advocacy efforts. Prior to joining the nonprofit sector in 2001, Dean worked in real estate finance and investment banking in Chicago; Sydney, Australia; New York City; and Miami.
