Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and the Humane Society of Broward County Received Donations as Beneficiaries of the Campaign
June 16, 2022 ― This year, Subaru of Pembroke Pines has donated $108,000 to hometown charities including Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and the Humane Society of Broward County that was raised during its Subaru Share the Love® campaign. Held annually, the Subaru Share the Love® campaign ran from Nov. 18, 2021, through Jan. 3, 2022. For every vehicle purchase or lease, Subaru donates $250 to a hometown charity of the customer’s choosing. Check presentations took place on June 7 at Subaru of Pembroke Pines.
As the largest donor to the Subaru Share the Love program in the nation, Subaru of Pembroke Pines has donated a staggering $1.4 million to date to the local community. Recognizing the diverse needs of the community in its own backyard, Subaru of Pembroke Pines actively supports a number of local initiatives year-round.

During the 2021/2022 Subaru Share the Love campaign, Subaru of Pembroke Pines together with Subaru of America donated over $84,000 to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and $24,000 to the Humane Society of Broward County, totaling more than $108,000. Since 2018, Subaru of Pembroke Pines has donated more than $543,200 to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. This year’s campaign also included the new addition of the Humane Society of Broward County as a hometown charity.
Every year, Subaru of Pembroke Pines owner and operator Craig Zinn Automotive Group generously matches the amount raised by the campaign. This year’s campaign celebrated a kickoff luncheon in November at the dealership that was attended by representatives from Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and the Humane Society of Broward County, that raised awareness and shared best practices of how to best support the Subaru Share the Love campaign.
