Tampa General Hospital (TGH) has named Sarah Frahn, MBA, MSN, RN, NE-BC, as its new vice president of Women & Children’s Services.
Frahn joins Tampa General from Seattle Children’s Hospital where she led high-volume surgical programs and drove measurable improvements in access, efficiency, patient satisfaction and team engagement. As a former ICU nurse with deep experience in transplant coordination and complex specialty care, Frahn has also held leadership roles at Children’s Hospital of Orange County in Orange, CA, where she supported enterprise-wide innovation and expansion.
Originally from southern Ontario, Canada, Frahn holds dual master’s degrees in business administration and nurse executive leadership and is board-certified as a nurse executive.
