The Doug Williams Group has been selected by Catholic Health Services and Terremark Worldwide to design and implement customized, cutting-edge survey applications to help both clients increase customer and employee satisfaction.
Catholic Health Services (CHS) retained the firm to build a unique patient/resident satisfaction survey around the concept of the “ultimate question”. Responses to the ultimate question (how likely is it that you would recommend company X to a friend or colleague?) have a direct correlation to profitable growth. CHS is deploying these surveys via telephone and patient friendly touch screen data entry stations. Terremark Worldwide (TW) retained the firm to design and deploy an internet-based employee satisfaction surveying system that has been proven to increase participant response rates. Additionally, the TW system will reduce the time from the close of the survey to results reporting to less than one week.
