Close to 700 guests showed that ‘Philanthropy Rocks’ at the Third Annual Salah Foundation Broward Health Ball presented by One Beat CPR + AED. The event, held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, raised more than $900,000 for patient programs and services at all Broward Health hospitals.

 
The sold-out event, emceed by NBC 6 News Anchor Pam Giganti, featured a cocktail reception, silent and live auctions, dinner and dancing to the sounds of the Soul Survivors band. The live auction items included a one-of-kind painting of Miami Marlins Outfielder Giancarlo Stanton, courtesy of Joseph Gormley; pearl and diamond earrings courtesy of Levinson Jewelers; luxury yacht cruise with gourmet dinner from Casa D’ Angelo Restaurant courtesy of Stanley Yachts and Casa D ’Angelo; and a home generator courtesy of Bob Birdsong and O-K Generators.
