Treasure Health announced the promotion of Jennifer Creel, MBA, BSN, RN, CHPN, to Chief Clinical Officer.
In her new role as Chief Clinical Officer for both Treasure Coast Hospice and St. Francis Hospice, Creel oversees all clinical operations, including patient care teams, inpatient services, admissions, and bereavement.
Since joining St. Francis Hospice in 2004, Creel has held progressive leadership roles. Most recently, Creel served as Chief Clinical Officer, where she successfully opened Inpatient Care Centers, led electronic medical record integrations, developed and mentored informatics and IT teams, and implemented comprehensive education systems that enhanced clinical performance and compliance.
