Lehigh Regional Medical Center has named a new Chief Nursing Officer, Jeannie Leake and a new Director of Risk Management, Margaret Gray.
Leake graduated from California State University – San Jose with a BSN, and her first nursing job was in Fresno, CA. Since then she has worked many types of nursing units, on all shifts. She was a visiting nurse for several years and especially enjoyed the patient and family relationships that venue allowed. She earned her Master’s degree in business from Nova Southeastern University – Ft. Lauderdale while working in Lee County.Gray received RN from Cuyahoga Community College, and her first nursing job was in Cleveland, OH. She has worked in various areas of nursing with a special interest in Open Heart Surgery. She got her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa. She began her career in Risk Management in October of 1999 and she is currently working towards her masters in Health Law from Nova Southeastern University.
