U.S. News & World Report recently released its annual ranking of Best Hospitals and for the first time, Cleveland Clinic Florida has claimed the top spot, ranking #1 in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale market for 2016-2017.
Overall, Cleveland Clinic Florida ranked 5th among 263 hospitals in Florida, moving up four spots from the previous year. In addition to the regional and state-wide ranking, Cleveland Clinic Florida’s gastroenterology and GI surgery ranked #49 nationally. In the survey, Orthopaedics and geriatrics were recognized as high performing specialties.
