West Boca Medical Center names Elaine Sorensen as its new patient safety officer.
Prior to her appointment at West Boca, Sorensen was the vice president of quality and risk at a hospital located in Kissimmee, FL.
Sorensen is a registered nurse who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villa Maria College. She then went on to earn her Master’s in Health Administration and Master’s in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University.
