West Boca Medical Center furthers its commitment to providing high-quality, award-winning pediatric care with the arrival of Raul Jose Fernandez, M.D., the hospital’s first pediatric anesthesiologist.Prior to joining West Boca Medical Center, Dr. Fernandez worked as a resident physician in the department of anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In 2012, he went on to complete his pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at the Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, AR.
Dr. Fernandez earned his M.D. from the Universidad Central de Venezuela Escuela de Medicina José Maria Vargas.
