March 27, 2023 – The Broward Health Foundation on February 17 raised $130,000 at the 10th annual Barefoot on the Beach, more than 300 guests enjoyed the special night at Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort as they dined and danced.
Proceeds from the evening will support pediatric services across Broward Health, including Broward Health Medical Center and Broward Health Coral Springs as well as Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center.
“Broward Health Foundation was thrilled to see so many of our friends return to Barefoot on the Beach after a long hiatus due to the pandemic,” said Broward Health Foundation president Scott Ford. “The evening is a special way to honor and support children’s care across the Broward Health system.”
The title sponsor for Barefoot on the Beach was Skanska USA Building, Inc., and the host sponsor was Pediatrix Medical Group. Additional sponsors included B&I Contractors, Broward HealthCare Federal Credit Union, Broward Health Medical Center Medical Staff, HealthCare Appraisers and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
