September 11, 2026 – Board-certified family medicine physician Brian Grose, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Primary Care. He provides comprehensive primary and preventive care, with clinical interests that include chronic disease management, health optimization and screening for obstructive sleep apnea, diabetes, heart disease and cancer. He is particularly interested in helping patients better understand their health and take an active role in preventing and managing chronic conditions.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Grose completed his family medicine residency at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa, where he served as chief resident. In this leadership role, he helped facilitate communication between residents and faculty and supported scheduling, conflict resolution and resident wellness initiatives.
“We are pleased to welcome Dr. Grose to Baptist Health Primary Care. His commitment to preventive care, patient education and building strong relationships with his patients supports our mission to provide comprehensive, high-quality and compassionate care to the communities we serve,” said Vedner Guerrier, vice president of operations, physician enterprise at Baptist Health.
Dr. Grose earned his medical degree from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland, and completed his family medicine residency at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center. He is board-certified in family medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Grose believes education is an essential part of the physician-patient relationship. “I believe it is important to meet people where they are,” he said. “When patients better understand their health, medications and the reasons behind their care, they can make more informed decisions and have a better chance at improving their quality of life.”
Dr. Grose will see patients at Baptist Health Primary Care | Kendall (Galloway), 7400 S.W. 87 Avenue, Suite 260, Miami, FL 33173.
