Vascular surgeon Sarah Talebagha, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute, part of Baptist Health Heart & Vascular Care.
Before joining Baptist Health, Dr. Talebagha practiced with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, caring for patients in San Rafael, San Francisco and South San Francisco. She completed a vascular surgery fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, where she received advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of arterial and venous disease.
Dr. Talebagha earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. She completed her general surgery residency at Prisma Health/University of South Carolina before completing her vascular surgery fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. In addition to her medical training, she holds a master’s degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Emory University in Atlanta.
