Hialeah Hospital is proud to announce the appointment of Alvaro (Alex) Mendez, RN, BSN, MS, CCRN, as the hospital’s new Director of Critical Care Services.
Mendez comes to Hialeah Hospital from a large health care delivery organization in Miami where he served as the Associate Director of Critical Care Services for over seven years.
Mendez is a Registered Nurse with a BSN from the University of Miami. He holds a Master of Science in Health Service Administration from Barry University and has earned his Adult Critical Care Certification credential (C.C.R.N).
