Anesthesia Pain Care Consultants recently welcomed the addition of Eugene Pereira, M.D., DABPM, FIPP, ABIPP, to its Tamarac-based practice.
Prior to joining the practice, Dr. Pereira was the Director of Pain Management as well as an assistant professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at Saint Louis University Hospital. He also served at the Advanced Interventional Pain Center at Belleville Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Illinois. He is a member of numerous organizations that aim to advance the practice of pain management including the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), Society for Pain Practice Management (SPPM), American Academy of Pain Medicine ( AAPM), and American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA).
