Larry Antonucci, M.D., M.B.A., an Obstetrician-Gynecologist and co-founder of Physicians Primary Care of Southwest Florida, is the new Chief Administrative Officer for Cape Coral Hospital.
Originally from the Bronx, NY, Dr. Antonucci has practiced in Lee County since 1983. During that time, he helped to create Physicians Primary Care. Dr. Antonucci will no longer have his OB-GYN practice when he begins his new administrative duties with CCH, but he will continue to serve as medical director for CCH and Lee Memorial Health System Obstetric Services.
Dr. Antonucci attended medical school University of Miami and also earned a masters in business administration from the University of South Florida. He is also a certified physician executive though the American College of Physician Executives.
