To compile the rankings, Great Place to Work analyzed anonymous survey feedback from more than 4.6 million employees at Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations in all sectors of the economy. The survey measured women’s assessments of their company’s culture, leadership, fairness, transparency, advancement opportunities and other elements of a great workplace. Companies named to the Best Workplaces for Women list also had a strong representation of women in their overall workforce and in management, compared to industry standards.
