Bethesda Health is pleased to announce Francisco Andreu as the new Director of Information Services.Before joining Bethesda’s team, Andreu was the Director of IT for United Homecare Services in Miami where he administrated all IT and telecommunication functions for the corporation. Prior to that, he served in several IT capacities including Director of Medical Information Systems and Director of Computer Services at the University of Miami for 19 years.
Andreu earned his Bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Barry University in Miami Shores. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Health Information Management Association, Health Information and Management Systems Society, Health IT Social, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
