Bethesda Health is pleased to announce Susan C. Muscat, R.N., as the new Director of Quality Improvement and Resource Management.Prior to joining Bethesda’s team, Muscat was the Chief of Quality, Safety and Utilization Service at John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, MI.
Muscat earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business administration from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI. She earned an Associate’s degree in nursing science from Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, MI. She is certified in Patient Safety and ISO 9001:2008.
